The procedure for placing an order is as follows:

Step 2: Check order details: for successful finalization, information such as name, surname, phone, email, delivery address, payment method (cash on delivery or online card), and delivery method (courier) must be completed.
Step 3: Place the order. After clicking on “Submit,” the products, delivery address, and payment method will be verified. If all details are correct, the order will be processed by our operators. For card payments, you will be redirected to the payment window.

5. Product Payment and Payment Methods

6. Delivery

Products are delivered within the territory of the European Union.

Delivery is carried out within 1–5 working days from order confirmation by email. The mentioned period may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery is made to the address specified in the order. Delivery is free for orders over 50 Euro. For orders under 50 Euro, the delivery cost is 6 Euro. Payment for products and shipping fees is made according to the conditions in the "Product Payment" section.

Product availability depends on stock. DOZA DE SANATATE FORTE SRL reserves the right to extend delivery times if products are out of stock. Clients will be informed and consulted regarding maintaining or canceling the order.

Products will be delivered along with the tax invoice.

If the delivery term expires and you have not been notified, you have the right to refuse the products. In case you are not found at the delivery address between 09:00–17:00, our courier will attempt a new delivery after contacting you. If unsuccessful even then, the order will be canceled, and the products returned to the warehouse.

7. Conditions and Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Art. 9 of Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without incurring costs other than return costs.

The 14-day period starts from the day you take physical possession of the product(s) or, in the case of multiple products delivered separately, from the day you take possession of the last product.

Note: The exceptions provided for in Art. 16 of Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 apply, including the legal exception for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the consumer.

Confirmation of receipt will be sent via email.

Products must be returned without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the products are sent before the expiration of the 14 days.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, in perfect condition, sealed, and in their original packaging, along with all accessories and free samples. Return costs are borne by you. You are responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

In case of withdrawal, DOZA DE SANATATE FORTE SRL will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days. Additional delivery costs (if you chose a method other than the standard one) and return costs are non-refundable.
